ROSE SOUL ◎ 玫瑰的故事

When lico hit her mid-age, she decided to change her lifestyle completely so that she could stay sexy alittle bit longer. She went on a strict diet, she did Billy's bootcamp program, she went to beauty saloon alot, she ate apple every morning, even she quit smoking.
In just three months time, lico lost 8kg, reduced her waist by 8cm, and felt her skin as smooth as silk.
Took a look at her hand, she decided to do some nail art on her ten fingers which could exactly add her 8 points on her hotness.
Afterward, while stepping out of the nail shop, she was hit by a bus.
As she lay dying, she cried out, "God, how could you do this to me?! "
And a voice from the heavens responded, " To tell you the truth, lico, .... I didn't recognize you."

21. And the final one -- Author and lecturer Leo Buscaglia once talked about a contest he was asked to judge.
The purpose of the contest was to find the most caring child.
The winner was a four year old child whose next door neighbor was an elderly gentleman who had recently lost his wife.
Upon seeing the man cry, the little boy went into the old gentleman's yard, climbed onto his lap, and just sat there. When his Mother asked what he had said to the neighbor, the little boy said, "Nothing, I just helped him cry" 

Wabi-sabi 描绘是的残缺之美，残缺包括不完善的、不圆满的、不恒久的……现今一般也可指朴素、寂静、谦逊、自然……Wabi-sabi 源自佛法（小乘）中的三法印（一、诸行无常、二、诸法无我，三、涅盘寂静），尤其是无常。Wabi （侘）原指远离尘世，索居禅林的孤寂，sabi （寂）原指“寒”“贫”“凋零”。到了14世纪，这个词的含义就转向了积极的一面，茶道宗师千利休将 Wabi-sabi 融入茶道，并为 Wabi-sabi 的推广和发展做出了最伟大的贡献。千利休在58岁时成为织田信长茶道师，在织田信长死后成为继位者丰臣秀吉的茶道师，千利休就在担任织田信长和丰臣秀吉的茶道师的20年间发扬的 Wabi 茶道，使用小而朴素的茶室，竹制茶具，将日常物品用于茶道，用简洁质朴的茶具代替来自中国的华贵器具……后虽为丰臣秀吉亲信，但因茶道理念不同，被命令剖腹自杀，死于1591年2月28。（wikipedia）

Wabi-sabi 同佛教中的智慧一样，可意会不可言传，所以这个词用语言来表达时，有很广的包容性。emmas blog中说到，wabi 是在简洁安静中融入质朴的美（比如竹子、稻草、泥土、石头中的图案），sabi 指时间的光泽，比如一件物品在使用中提升了它的价值和美。（Flickr）
